The Board of Directors are elected by owners to manage the community and make sure the community documents are adhered to.

Gayla Boss – President (2026)

I moved to Naples and Greenfield Village in March 2014 from Dallas, Texas where I retired from hospital management and later from buying gold and silver jewelry at gold parties.

My graduate degree is in Management & Human Relations. I enjoy helping others and playing with my big orange cat, Pumpkin.

We have a great neighborhood and I appreciate being able to be a part of “Team Greenfield.”

Leigh Adams – Vice President (2025)

My name is Leigh Adams and we bought our condo in 2016. We moved here in February, 2017, from St Louis, MO. My husband, Gene, & I will be celebrating 50 years of marriage June 2nd. We were blessed with 3 beautiful sons (Darren, Kevin & Keith). I retired from American Airlines & had 28 years in the travel industry. I enjoy reading, biking & walking around the lake. I like to play Canasta, Mexican Train Dominoes & hope to learn Mahjongg again. I look forward to getting to know more of our residents. Joan Iandimarino, Secretary (2025)

My name is Joan Iandimarino. I also answer to "Joanie". I was born in Youngstown, OH and have lived in the area all my life - 72 years. I am a 1960 graduate of Chaney High School and attended Youngstown College (now Youngstown State University) and Penn-Ohio Junior College where I majored in data processing. I married John Iandimarino May 15, 1965. John, and I bought our condo in May, 2002 from our son, Tom. John, who was a former Greenfield Village Board member, passed away in November, 2012. We had 47 1/2 amazing years together, raising two wonderful sons, John Jr. and Tom. I now have four grandchildren and two great-grandsons. In addition to my career as a wife and mom, I worked 40 years at Northside Hospital in Youngstown, OH in the Department of Laboratories Pathology Office as a medical secretary, retiring in 2005.

I divide my time between Naples and Austintown, OH. One of my sons lives in Naples and the other a few miles away from my home in Austintown. I feel I have the best of both worlds. My phone Number is 330-720-1811 and my email address is [email protected]

Jane Hauck, Treasurer (2026)

We bought our condo in 2003 after I retired from my middle school counseling job in Sioux Falls, SD. We live about 6 months in the Black Hills (50 miles from Mt Rushmore).

I enjoy various hobbies including MahJongg, Pickleball, quilting and playing my clarinet with several bands.

Greenfield Village is in an ideal location—close to Publix and Starbucks!

Meredith Maker, Director (2026)

I have been a year-round resident at Greenfield Village for 11 years. I am blessed with many good friends here and enjoy every day that our sparkling lake and surrounding area provides us. Originally from Massachusetts, I am a life-long gardener, nature, bird, and animal lover. You may have seen me walking my little rescue Wirehair Dachshund, Tess, around the lake, and in our community. I have more than 40 years of leadership, management, and project development experience. I am a team player who believes it takes a Village to get things done. I look forward to helping Greenfield Village and our residents.
