Greenfield Village - A Special Place on Kings Lake

Greenfield Village is one of many condominium communities (as well as single family homes) located in the Kings Lake Master Community.  Our complex resides right on Kings Lake where we enjoy the beautiful and peaceful surroundings.

Our community was incorporated in June, 1985 and consists of eight buildings and 88 units. The Greenfield Village Homeowner’s Association is governed by an elected Board of Directors which meets at prescribed times to conduct the management and finances of the community.

The Board of Directors has contracted with a professional community management company (Sandcastle Community Management) to manage the property and administrative tasks as their agent.

Kings Lake has several bike/jogging paths and close proximity to Publix and local restaurants. Located just minutes to downtown shopping and our famous Naples beaches. It is the best of all worlds. Serene lake environment, beautiful walkway around the entire lake and close to everything that makes Naples a world class destination.
